Get a load of these! I pick about 8 of these every other day! AHHHH!!! Help! I've been giving
them to anyone who has happened to stop by and I've made marinated cucumbers and tazihki sauce (that yummy cucumber/dill sauce for meditteranean food)...but what else can you do with cucumbers? Lots of salads? I love the green marvels, but there's only so many a woman can handle. It's too bad you can't freeze the suckers. So, if you want some cucumbers, come on by~we have plenty to share! And if you have any ingenious ways to use them up, please let me know!
Ah, what a bittersweet moment in a parent's life. The oldest child's first day of kindergarten. Garrett was a champ. He walked right into the classroom, hung up his back pack and found his seat; all with his parent's peeking through the little window in the door! He has the afternoon session, from 11:30-2:30 so we have none of the early morning rush, which is such a blessing for us! His teacher's name is Mrs. Kerbs and she is very nice...I think he'll end up having a crush on her! Can you tell that Caleb wants to go to school too? He doesn't know what to do with himself while Garrett's gone!
